REVEREND JOSHUA DAVINSIZER

Vision Pastor

Born and raised in the heart of Central Pennsylvania, Pastor Josh is a dynamic preacher who intertwines scriptural holiness and Biblical history into a powerful message during each worship gathering. Pastor Josh is gifted at preaching, teaching, and bringing people together to grow as disciples for Jesus Christ. He is a down-to-earth person who enjoys sharing his faith in Christ and making people laugh. He enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his Pembroke Welsh Corgi—Indiana Jones. You can find him hiking the great outdoors, kayaking the Susquehanna River, or harnessing his grilling and pizza making skills.


Pastor Josh graduated from Lycoming College in 2012 as a double major in Religious Studies and American History. He went on to graduate from Wesley Theological Seminary in 2015 with a Master’s in Divinity. He became a Commissioned Elder in 2016 and later ordained as a Full Elder in 2019 in the United Methodist Church. In 2023, Pastor Josh transferred his ordination to the Global Methodist Church.

Rev. Dr. Leslie Towsey

Discipleship Pastor

Pastor Les was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania. He has been serving churches for 25 years in pastoral ministry. Pastor Les is a gifted preacher, teacher, and discipleship maker. Humor and encouragement flow from his heart as he desires to see people’s lives transformed for Christ. Les is married to Dr. Carla Towsey and has two children, Anson and Ariela. He enjoys traveling, fishing, and cheering for Penn State sports.

Dana Sanborn

Treasurer

Dana is a life-long resident of Lebanon County where she has been an active member of her home church for many years. She met her husband Ed, while swimming at Bloomsburg University. They have been married 30 years and they have three adult children. 


Prior to being a stay-at-home mom, Dana worked in Human Resources as a Nurse Recruiter and then as a Benefits Counselor. When her youngest child turned 10, she accepted a volunteer position as the Treasurer of her home church. This position helped prepare and train her for her most recent employment experiences including the Treasurer position at Baughman Church.


She enjoys spending time with family and traveling to visit her children. She enjoys gardening, reading, and exercising, and she loves the outdoors and traveling off the beaten path. She hopes to be able to visit all the National Parks during her lifetime. 

SAUNDRA RADLE

Financial Secretary 

Saundra serves as our Financial Secretary and is a member of SPRC. You will find her volunteering in the church office on Monday mornings. She retired from the West Shore School District after 30 years of service. She is the secretary for the New Cumberland/Highland Women’s Club and is active with the Red Hat Ladies. Saundra and her husband Larry have been married for 53 years. They have 2 children, 3 grands, and 2 great grandchildren. 

LARRY FINLEY

Facilities Manager

Larry Finley is a dedicated member of Baughman community, having been involved for over forty years. Currently, serves as a Trustees (Property’s Treasurer), overseeing property matters. Larry is a proud graduate of Cedar Cliff and served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War. After retiring from the Defense Logistics Agency, specifically the Defense Distribution Center (formerly known as New Cumberland Army Depot), Larry loves spending his leisure time enjoying painting, gardening, and golf.

KATHY GUMPHER

Family Ministry Director

Kathy Gumpher has been appointed as our new Family Ministry Director. She has been a member of Baughman Church for approximately four years and is actively involved with our children’s programs. Kathy and her husband, Carl, reside in New Cumberland. They have two children: Adi (22) and Callen (8), along with two stepchildren: CJ (34) and Kelsey (32), as well as a step-grandson, Waylon (5). In addition to her children, Kathy is also a proud mother to their corgi, Gracie. Before joining Baughman Church, Kathy was a stay-at-home mother for several years, during which she volunteered at Callen’s school. When she’s not working at the church, Kathy enjoys baking and cooking, and she is furthering her business, “Gracie Approved,” where she creates crocheted animals.

MARY FORSHEY

Office Manager

Mary Forshey serves as Baughman’s Office Manager, bringing a background in business, technology, and ministry, along with a heart for serving others. She also serves part-time as a pastor at Limeville Church in Gap, Pennsylvania.


Mary studied Business Administration with a specialization in Management Information Systems at the Pennsylvania College of Technology. She holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Divinity from Kairos University. Before entering pastoral ministry, she spent 16 years at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. After serving as a pastor in the United Methodist Church for three years, she transitioned to the Global Methodist Church, where she was ordained as an elder in June 2026.


Mary and her husband, Mike, have been married for 19 years and have two children, Ella and Connor, who attend Harrisburg Christian School. Mary also serves the school as a substitute teacher and girls’ basketball coach. The family enjoys cheering on Ella in competitive gymnastics and basketball and Connor on the soccer field.


Outside of work and ministry, Mary enjoys fishing, kayaking, building LEGO sets, reading, watching movies, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She values connecting with the Baughman community and looks forward to getting to know the people she serves.


Mary is typically in the office on Mondays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Stop by and say hello!
