REVEREND JOSHUA DAVINSIZER

Vision Pastor

Born and raised in the heart of Central Pennsylvania, Pastor Josh is a dynamic preacher who intertwines scriptural holiness and Biblical history into a powerful message during each worship gathering. Pastor Josh is gifted at preaching, teaching, and bringing people together to grow as disciples for Jesus Christ. He is a down-to-earth person who enjoys sharing his faith in Christ and making people laugh. He enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his Pembroke Welsh Corgi—Indiana Jones. You can find him hiking the great outdoors, kayaking the Susquehanna River, or harnessing his grilling and pizza making skills.


Pastor Josh graduated from Lycoming College in 2012 as a double major in Religious Studies and American History. He went on to graduate from Wesley Theological Seminary in 2015 with a Master’s in Divinity. He became a Commissioned Elder in 2016 and later ordained as a Full Elder in 2019 in the United Methodist Church. In 2023, Pastor Josh transferred his ordination to the Global Methodist Church.

Rev. Dr. Leslie Towsey

Discipleship Pastor

Pastor Les was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania. He has been serving churches for 25 years in pastoral ministry. Pastor Les is a gifted preacher, teacher, and discipleship maker. Humor and encouragement flow from his heart as he desires to see people’s lives transformed for Christ. Les is married to Dr. Carla Towsey and has two children, Anson and Ariela. He enjoys traveling, fishing, and cheering for Penn State sports.

He received his Master of Divinity from Asbury Seminary in 2001, and his Doctor of Ministry from Wesley Theological Seminary in 2008. Les became an Elder in 2004 in the United Methodist Church. Katrina Stevens

Office Manager

Katrina is an entrepreneur and owner of Red Cardinal Camera Works, where she brings stories to life through her photography. She and her family are long-time ministers, having served on church staff and through their own traveling music and speaking ministry. Katrina and her husband, Michael, are proud parents of two children, Olivia and Nicholas. She is grateful and happy to be serving the family at Baughman Church. 

Dana Sanborn

Treasurer

Dana is a life-long resident of Lebanon County where she has been an active member of her home church for many years. She met her husband Ed, while swimming at Bloomsburg University. They have been married 30 years and they have three adult children. 


Prior to being a stay-at-home mom, Dana worked in Human Resources as a Nurse Recruiter and then as a Benefits Counselor. When her youngest child turned 10, she accepted a volunteer position as the Treasurer of her home church. This position helped prepare and train her for her most recent employment experiences including the Treasurer position at Baughman Church.


She enjoys spending time with family and traveling to visit her children. She enjoys gardening, reading, and exercising, and she loves the outdoors and traveling off the beaten path. She hopes to be able to visit all the National Parks during her lifetime. 

SAUNDRA RADLE

Financial Secretary 

Saundra serves as our Financial Secretary and is a member of SPRC. You will find her volunteering in the church office on Monday mornings. She retired from the West Shore School District after 30 years of service. She is the secretary for the New Cumberland/Highland Women’s Club and is active with the Red Hat Ladies. Saundra and her husband Larry have been married for 53 years. They have 2 children, 3 grands, and 2 great grandchildren. 

LARRY FINLEY

Facilities Manager

Larry Finley is a dedicated member of Baughman community, having been involved for over forty years. Currently, serves as a Trustees (Property’s Treasurer), overseeing property matters. Larry is a proud graduate of Cedar Cliff and served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War. After retiring from the Defense Logistics Agency, specifically the Defense Distribution Center (formerly known as New Cumberland Army Depot), Larry loves spending his leisure time enjoying painting, gardening, and golf.

Communications Director

Olivia Stevens is a dual major in Communication and Biblical Studies at Lancaster Bible College. She is an aspiring communication specialist and photographer with a passion for leveraging media to advocate, uplift, and share the hope of Jesus. Olivia brings a blend of creativity, clarity, and intentional storytelling to every project—whether she’s behind the camera, managing content, or shaping digital communication strategies. Her work reflects a deep commitment to serving others, building authentic community, and using every platform as an opportunity to point people toward Christ.

KATHY GUMPHER

Family Ministry Director

Kathy Gumpher has been appointed as our new Family Ministry Director. She has been a member of Baughman Church for approximately four years and is actively involved with our children’s programs. Kathy and her husband, Carl, reside in New Cumberland. They have two children: Adi (22) and Callen (8), along with two stepchildren: CJ (34) and Kelsey (32), as well as a step-grandson, Waylon (5). In addition to her children, Kathy is also a proud mother to their corgi, Gracie. Before joining Baughman Church, Kathy was a stay-at-home mother for several years, during which she volunteered at Callen’s school. When she’s not working at the church, Kathy enjoys baking and cooking, and she is furthering her business, “Gracie Approved,” where she creates crocheted animals.

DIEGO AGUILAR

Director of Worship Music

Diego Aguilar is a devoted young man with a heart for God, born and raised in Chile. He began playing the guitar at the age of seven and has since developed into a talented multi-instrumentalist, leading worship throughout his life. Currently, Diego is studying Worship Arts with a minor in Pastoral Ministry at Lancaster Bible College. He aspires to write songs and lead the church in worship for many years to come. Diego is passionate about serving the church in various capacities. He works on the tech team, managing live streaming and audio for services. He is excited about the Lord's plans for this season of his life and is dedicated to using his gifts for God's glory.
