Rev. Joshua Davinsizer
Senior Pastor
Born and raised in the heart of Central Pennsylvania, Pastor Josh is a dynamic preacher who intertwines scriptural holiness and Biblical history into a powerful message during each worship gathering. Pastor Josh is gifted at preaching, teaching, and bringing people together to grow as disciples for Jesus Christ. He is a down-to-earth person who enjoys sharing his faith in Christ and making people laugh. He enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his Pembroke Welsh Corgi—Indiana Jones. You can find him hiking the great outdoors, kayaking the Susquehanna River, or harnessing his grilling and pizza making skills.
Pastor Josh graduated from Lycoming College in 2012 as a double major in Religious Studies and American History. He went on to graduate from Wesley Theological Seminary in 2015 with a Master’s in Divinity. He became a Commissioned Elder in 2016 and later ordained as a Full Elder in 2019 in the United Methodist Church. In 2023, Pastor Josh transferred his ordination to the Global Methodist Church.

Office Manager
Katrina is an entrepreneur operating her photography business, Red Cardinal Camera Works. She and her family are long-time ministers, having served formally on church staff, and with their own traveling music/speaking ministry. As the Lord has called her to this new season, Katrina is thrilled to use her gifts of administration to serve our leadership and congregation. Katrina and her husband, Michael, have 2 children, Olivia and Nicholas.

Katie Myers
Children's Ministry Intern
Katie Myers grew up attending Baughman Church. She participated in the youth group where she further developed in her faith journey. Katie is a 2020 graduate of Cedar Cliff High School. She works seasonally at Rita’s Italian Ice where she manages two locations. She also works part-time for a local latchkey program. She is an avid football fan and loves summertime.
Katie is grateful for the teachers at Baughman Church who shared the Good News of Jesus with her from such a young age. Knowing Jesus loves her has made a deep and lasting impact on her life. Katie wants to be a positive influence on our youth and help them grow into a loving relationship with Jesus too!
DANA SANBORN
Treasurer
Dana is a life-long resident of Lebanon County where she has been an active member of her home church for many years. She met her husband Ed, while swimming at Bloomsburg University. They have been married 30 years and they have three adult children.
Prior to being a stay-at-home mom, Dana worked in Human Resources as a Nurse Recruiter and then as a Benefits Counselor. When her youngest child turned 10, she accepted a volunteer position as the Treasurer of her home church. This position helped prepare and train her for her most recent employment experiences including the Treasurer position at Baughman UMC.
She enjoys spending time with family and traveling to visit her children. She enjoys gardening, reading, and exercising, and she loves the outdoors and traveling off the beaten path. She hopes to be able to visit all the National Parks during her lifetime.
Saundra Radle
Financial Secretary
Saundra serves as our Financial Secretary and is a member of SPRC. You will find her volunteering in the church office on Monday mornings. She retired from the West Shore School District after 30 years of service. She is the secretary for the New Cumberland/Highland Women’s Club and is active with the Red Hat Ladies. Saundra and her husband Larry have been married for 53 years. They have 2 children, 3 grands, and 2 great grandchildren.
Larry Finley
Facilities Manager
Larry Finley is a dedicated member of Baughman community, having been involved for over forty years. Currently, serves as a Trustees (Property’s Treasurer), overseeing property matters. Larry is a proud graduate of Cedar Cliff and served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War. After retiring from the Defense Logistics Agency, specifically the Defense Distribution Center (formerly known as New Cumberland Army Depot), Larry loves spending his leisure time enjoying painting, gardening, and golf.
